I learned that the best way to make fried rice is to use old rice then refrigerate overnight to dry the rice. That way when you are ready to use the rice it is easier to separate them and they don’t clump together. You’ll find out that your rice cooked and look better this way. That’s how the Chinese prepare their fried rice....

Tama ka dyan.Ung tumira nko d2 sa Germany bumile agd ako ng Bigas kc Potato at Bread ang karaniwan nlang kinakain d2.😄🙄 my Sonn is half2 German and Pinoy. Sinasanay ko cyang kumain ng pinoy fud.Naggalit na nga sakin bkt dw palagi Rice 😅 About sa Tinapa hnd na d2 ulit pina fried ang tinapa na try ko sometime bumaligtad lht ung balat nya. Dapat nakahiwalay ng lalagyan yung cooked egg hindi yung nilagay sya sa same bowl ng raw egg kasi contaminated na yun

lyra banag No! It takes 2 hrs for eggs to get contaminated. I researched and studied. Eggs are only contaminated if its shell wasnt washed before storing. And adding the cooked egg to the bowl will not kill anyone. ✌🏼
