I wish more vacuums of this type would come with a hose for above floor cleaning, so you could use the crevice/dusting tools with some extra length... Great for the car etc

So odd that they didn’t include a soft brush roller, like on the S11 Tango. Also, I wish you discussed the pre-motor filter, and how that’s a pain to clean and how Tineco doesn’t use the same type of separation that everyone else uses; hence having to periodically clean the pre-motor filter.

Yes, it was advertised as being "hands-free" for cleaning the filter. What I didn't realize is that every time I need to empty it, I have to stick my hand into the canister and twist out a component. It's gross.

The dust bin squeegee is a very good idea. Would like to see that in other vacuums. Would make it for vacuum maintenance. My IZ862H would definitely benefit.

Interesting as always. The graphic you show a couple times (eg at 3:21) has a red "Yes" for the app on the Essentials model, which it seems should be a "No."

The pet version is more expensive than Dyson V12, last time I checked it's price, so not exactly a discounted alternative to the high end stick vacs.

They have older models that have great power in better price ranges. As long as the vacuum is sealed and has a hepa filter it’ll be good 👍🏻 you can change them and some are washable

I ended up buying this exact vacuum after watching this review. It's been a disappointment right out of the box. I literally will not pick up pet hair unless conditions are perfect. I get trails of hair rolled up behind this vacuum. All settings, all attachments. I've been emailing customer service for two years! It's ridiculous. They respond back asking for video and then want you to clean out the vacuum. I have a dozen emails just going in circles like this. Literally brand new out of box clean with a full charge will not properly pick up medium length dog hair. I bought a $60 corded vacuum from Walmart over the weekend that far outperformed this. It sucked the dirt through area rugs! No issues with pet hair. I have pet allergies and honestly, the $60 helps better and even has a true sealed filter.

​@@M4R1N4 I must say this purchase wasn't one of the cheapest in my household inventory. But, the price paid was worth it in my opinion. My floor is covered with carpet. It does a great job. I appreciate the tangle-less brush (for hairs) and the sensors that indicate if the area / spot that I go over has particles. Not paid review. Comparing it to Dyson? Hmm, well if i have the extra cash why not. But this certainly has held up for the past 8 months and I don't see myself needing to buy another. But if it fails, yes I would buy this over again.

Thank you so much for the quick and detailed response! My house is all hardwood floor and no carpet, and I am tired of dragging out my old upright corded vacuum. I want something easy that I can use for quick jobs and more often. I don't have a lot of money to spend and don't want to be disappointed with my purchase, which happens so often with these types of things. Thanks again!

it has cyclone filtration but still use that pre-motor filter? it will clog easily and now they don't include the automatic cleaner of that filter.

I’m curious, because you review so many vacuums; can you tell right away while vacuuming if the vacuum has a hepa filter or not? Does it make that much of a difference?

I came to see if you had done the TAB T9 wet Vacuum since I just discovered it.. it has TWO rollers so I think that’s such an advantage it has me double thinking my Tineco! If you could do a review of a TAB T9 that would be AMAZING.

I would much rather have a Tineco S15 over a Dyson. The performance is comparable but the Dyson's Candy Land colors are hideous. The Tineco is beautifully designed.

How does it filter canister(around filter) behave? It's where very small dust accumulates after filtration. I have A10 Dash and it's get very dirty just after 3-4 house vacuuming. It's very annoying that it doesn't have any kind of auto-clean mechanism and you need manually remove and cleanup whole filter.

You just need the soft roller for the hard floor, i don't get why you didn't talt about this, because you loved it on the s12 and on the 11 as well. I have a S12 and it is great

Is your S15 crazy loud? I got mine and right out of the box it makes a frightening sound even on its lowest suction power and I've had some pretty powerful stick vacs.

I've given up on cordless vacuums. They all die way too quickly. Seems like a good idea but in practice they are little more than small job machines and for the price it seems like a bad idea.
