Tonight, I hope to relax you and put you to sleep with a tingly brain massage. I realise that recently, I have been making quite a lot of content that requires a certain amount of focus, so I wanted to get back to basics with this slow mic scratching with layered whispers asmr video. Enjoy!

I'm not sure if this is a typical use for ASMR, but I'd been trying to find one that was....well, focused on ASMR and not other things...to help with anxiety and panic attacks. I have a hard time focusing on breathing exercises, but this legitimately helps. If I feel a bit of that pre-panic or pre-anxiety, I can listen to this and it reaches some part of my brain that helps ease me back into a sense of calm. So thank you for taking the time to put this together.

Right? I have had tinnitus for like 6 years now (since I was 11 🙄) and asmr is the best thing for me to fall asleep to. It prevents me from noticing and focusing on the ring at night.

You guys are lucky. I unfortunately don't get any tinnitus relief. Maybe it's because I've had it for - who knows? - 30 years? My brain may have been too well-programmed with it. Only unconsciousness works 100%. :(

tumarfa that sucks. Sometimes for me it’s so bad that I can’t hear anything but that ringing, and when it’s like that nothing will help. Luckily that doesn’t happen often and I’ve no idea why it does that when it does. I keep hoping that something will come along to correct that ringing. Lol there’s never just silence
