What started as a simple experiment to see how close together we could make articulated joints, ends with one of the most amazing models I've ever created! True joy comes in the shape of a caterpillar. Who would have known.
This channel is everything Tinkercad! From beginner design to advanced tutorials. We will print each design that we make and test it out! Follow along and join in the fun of inventing and creating!

Welcome welcome! Glad to have you! I'm going to be posting a channel membership for $1.99 ( hopefully today ) and you'll have access to all of my models and all the upcoming models so it's just a couple pennies per model and it will help buy us supplies to keep this channel growing! 👍

I just realized that KZbin keeps a big chunk of the membership money so I might set the price at $2.99.

As stated by others, do you the STL files available for purchase, I too, know a grandson that would dearly love to play with these. I have to admit I'm still struggling with some of your techniques but I will continue to watch and learn. I have learnt more from watching 3 of your videos than iIdid from many others. I will try to replicate the centipede, having just got a decent printer, I now feel confident i can print out useful stuff. keep up the great work and please consider selling some of your designs, they are worth it.

Wonderful! I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying my channel! That's great that you're tinkering and printing! It's so much fun! The more models you make the better you'll get. If you try and make at least a couple models a week everything will seem easy after a while. Some of the very first videos in this channel explain things for new users so check them out. I'll be opening up channel memberships today or tomorrow and members will be able to download all the models STL files. 👍

Damn dude, you did again. You mentioned in an earlier post in answer to a question from someone that you were thinking about starting a membership for $1.99 so people could have access to the STL of your models. I would gladly pay that for this model alone. I have some experience with Tinkercad and could try to do this on my own, but not sure I have the expertise to pull it off at this point. I will say watching your channel is giving me a lot more confidence to try some more difficult models than I'm use too doing though. I really need to start experimenting with more difficult things and just go for it.

Oh awesome! I was conflicted if I should go the route of membership because I would much rather get KZbin to pay me than the viewers. Lol But I honestly think it would be a fair route to take because I see lots of sites that charge a couple dollars per model so in this case it would be much cheaper than that because I have so many models already on the channel and I'm going to be posting every 2-3 days from now on. So thank you for helping me make the decision. I'll try to post a $1.99 membership today. I just have to figure out how to post a link for only members that will take them to a download site.🤔 Glad you're becoming more confident within tinkercad and stepping out of your comfort zone! I definitely should mix in some simpler models also sometimes and that would also give me a break. Lol 👍

One last thought also...I'll start putting out each video a day earlier for members as another small perk. 🤔

@TinkercadWorld-ho8ht once you get it all figured out post it and I will probably be first in line to sign up.

@TinkercadWorld-ho8ht I would be cool with that. I was thinking you might want to have 2 levels $2.99 for personal use access and maybe $4.99 or whatever you think is fair if you want to allow for commercial use with attribution. After all, you make the designs and if people are going to make a profit off your designs they should pay a little extra for that. Anyway, just a thought for what it's worth.

Yes! I definitely do. Scroll back to the very first video posted on this channel. ( Part 1 ). I also recommend watching part 2-5 and you'll definitely know the basics! 👍 It's a very easy program if you start with a simple project. A soap dish makes a good first project, and I'm pretty sure that's one of the first videos. You should see it! 👍
