listen closely and carefully I will try to help if you really want this and I will tell you more if needed 1. First - organizing is key 🗝 organizations is very important it's the key 🗝 2. Second - after you has gotten yourself and your 4 trusted others together now it's yall time to start planning every detail 3. you will need one person that's honest real honest because it will be lot's of money being passed around from. HAND to HAND between you and the 4 OTHER'S and mat be other helpers if needed 4. Put one in place for tickets 🎟 selling (counting while selling) then y'all sell aswel and give friends and families to help sell....if you know lot's of people start with 200 tickets 🎟 are more some start with 300 some 500 (the amount is how big of a party you wanna have right but you might wont a smaller amount for you first venue like 200 are 100 its totally up to you then each of you gets tickets 🎟 to sell listen closely because you tickets are part of your money and it counts and it adds up how many tickets 🎟 you has divide them to your 4 people including yourself (for a small venue) 25 ticket to each of your crew) plus yourself and yall can even get others to help y'all sell yours Tickets 🎟 15.00 and at the door 20.00 make it a "BYOB" AFFAIR which means BRING YOUR OWN (BOTTLE)🍾 of your choice 5. Please buy whiskey beer wine water whatever y'all no the people drinks because when they run out they will buy yours and with that you has to price yourselves (mostly a beer is 3 to 5 dollars each and a shot starts at 5 plus It depends on the brand of whiskey 🥃 (BUY plenty) as much as you can 6. appoint someone to be in charge of the food charging 8.00 chicken wing dinner with fries and 1 slice of bread have someone collecting the door money fish plates with fries , 1 bread 10.00 etc soda's , water , orange juice are very important SODA 3.00 WATER 2.00 ORANGE JOICE 3.00 SMALL CUP LARGE CUP 5.00 you gotta have real GOOD OLD FOLKS to COOK THAT KNOWS HOW TO COOK and GOOD WITH CLEALINESS but remember you gotta pay them aswell (START LOW AND ALLOW THEM TO MAKE YOU AND OFFER) A GOOD OFFER THEN YALL CAN COME TO AND AGREEMENT 7. you has to have music 🎶 a DJ some are pricey check around find one who don't mind playing those oldie Goldies 8. the venue don't last but 6 hour that's it -- you start cutting lights on 30 minutes before closing down (they will know the signal when the lights comes on 9. you must clean up after are you will not get your deposit back but ; you can also pay someone to clean up for you But you might rethink that one because that's money you can be saving for the DJ after you has counted what everything cost figure out the DJ pay the cook pay the food price which it might be cheaper with family and friends to cook then the money after it's over should equally divided but first paying yourselves for what yall spent out then divide it equally If you need any more details information I'm here contact me ❤ 🙏
