You've run clockwise in the past. About half the workout each way. But with Mom here, that ain't happening. Now, to be fair, there's not going to be any clockwise running with Ed Eyestone or Ryan Hall at the track. NAZ doesn't allow it either. Does this mean you need to ditch TinMom and train smarter?

It’s for injury reasons, you don’t want to run the same direction all the time. Could cause tight hips or lead to IT band issues. Very common to switch directions, you’re just watching KZbin videos.

Also, in their case, running fast is a little bit different counter clockwise. Trains muscle groups slightly different due to turning the other direction. Better to switch directions for longer, slower reps.
