I've seen in a couple of their other videos, they wake up and check some kind of a sleep app on their phone to see how much sleep they got, and the quality of that sleep...it also tells them how recovered there are from their sleep. Anyone know what app that is?

What exactly does a white collar approach to training look like as opposed to blue collar?
@JK-vc7ie4 жыл бұрын
White collar: More data and neurotically obsessing on physiology, which system you are working for certain runs and thresholds and exact pacing for whatever workouts and Bla bla bla. Vs just getting it done.
@ayooo97704 жыл бұрын
@@JK-vc7ie yeah but aren't they sponsored by Whoop, XEndurance, use Strava, have a team trainer, and get massages? Seems a bit weird to call yourself Blue Collar and claim pro status as opposed to someone who works a full time job and puts thousands of miles into trainers, etc.
@JK-vc7ie4 жыл бұрын
Democratic Republic of Chük I don’t disagree. I didn’t call them blue collar.
@ayooo97704 жыл бұрын
@@JK-vc7ie no yeah I wasn't necessarily directing that at you. Thanks for explaining what they mean
@JK-vc7ie4 жыл бұрын
Democratic Republic of Chük Roger that. That’s just my sense of what blue and white collar running means. Others might see it differently.
