If you dont have any chronic issue related to ears (other then tinnitus), you can burn a garlic clove in pure mustard oil. Let it cool down to lukewarm, filter it and put few drops daily in both ears. Please do this for 30 days.
Eat food that contain magnesium or supplement it, but make sure you take double calcium.
Phool Makhana has magnesium, you want to take it with glass of milk (has calcium).
