This has to be one of the best interviews I have ever watched relating to tinnitus. Partly because my journey is so similar to yours and partly because you asked such awesome questions that opened up great conversations with Julian. "Not getting out what I'm putting in..." no truer words. When you asked the question on whether anyone regardless of how you got it and how long you had it could still get better, Julian's simple "yes" set off the waterworks. I've had it for many years and I get scared that I am beyond hope. I heard that same timeframe from Treble when I was already well over that in my practice and I was so upset thinking everything I was doing was wrong (I know now it isn't). If it wasn't for Joey Remenyi (who is very similar to Julian) telling me that that was BS, it would have set me back to zero hope. I am glad you are out there as an advocate to not focus on that type of talk. Looking forward to more of your videos. Happy healing. 💖

I did a session of cranial sacral therapy and found my tinnitus got louder for the night because of how quiet the room was during the session and it made me focus on it more. ):

I feel like body work can be anything that helps you personally relax. If it doesn’t work for you then maybe you can ask for music or just do something else.

3 years ago my tinnitus started spontaneously when i woke up. I’t was a very high static sound. Months prior a was very stressed out! The following 6 months I also fell into a deep depression and fear. I had medication and theraphy. I also had cranial therapy for months but it didn’t helped me at all. I think cranial tharaphy on it’s own doesn’t work but probably because it relaxes you it makes the sound more quiet?After 3 years I accepted it. Sometimes it’s loud despite when I’m relaxed, had a good sleep etc… so really there’s no controle or logical explanation for it and sometimes it’s quiet. When it’s really loud I meditate and do some breathwork so that it’s easier to handle. I totally understand her!! What helped for me was stop fighting and saying tot myself it is what it is and also being very greatfull for the quiet days!

I agree. Acceptance is really hard though. Especially when it’s so loud and bothersome. It takes a journey to get there.

@@tamarasimonehillAbsolutely true! It’s been the most difficult, and challenging journey of my life so far. I’ve been through a lot in my life but this was by far the worst. It definitely is a hard and long proces but from listening to you (I recognize myself in your proces) I know you’ll get there for sure! Just keep going and try to stay positive!💪🏽

Julian Cowan Hill is the Gandalf/ Dumbledore figure on our pathway to finding a better peaceful life! Im fortunate to live nearby to his London Office and had 4 sessions so far and its helped me everytime to calm down my ETD Tinnitus. Im really recovering from using a Electric Hedge trimmer without any Hearing Protection which spiked my Tinnitus last July. Im trying to go back to that calm relaxed state which is much better than where Im currently at the moment with Chest Infection that has worsen my current headaches and Tinnitus! Im glad you enjoyed your Sardinia bootcamp with the rest of his team. Keep on inspiring others to know there is hope and Julian is the real deal and great source of knowledge on recovery!

The exercises are so hard to explain. Your best bet would be to do one session with Julian and he would do it with you or you could get his app and they are on there as well.

He doesnt talk about his candida issue, solving that he got silence. He is into making money.
@tamarasimonehill4 ай бұрын
That was just a small part of it. His tinnitus was already down to 2/10 from a 8/10 before addressing the candida issue. Tinnitus is different for everyone. It’s not always physical and even if it is physical it’s still a brain issue.
