I don't support the use of approved firearms in Nigeria because we have a very poor justice system. If one misuses a licensed firearm for the wrong reasons, will victims be guaranteed of true justice? What we need is for the government to curb insecurity in Nigeria. Criminals are professionals. When they carry out their assignments, it takes one who's an expert in security operation, one who has received a special training of some sort to be able to repel them. So on till we have guaranteed security and a strong judicial system, there's no need for approved firearms.
