This is great. I just wish they'd put together an 18mm APSC version. On the smaller camera bodies, this would be so good. Literally entirely pocketable.

Fun fact. You can use the sony apsc 20mm f2.8 pancake lens on full frame. (use active stabilization to minimize vignette)

Just to be sure, you are using a7c or a7c II ? There is a rumour that a7c is not compatible with the lens. Could you please enlighten me?

I have got mixed feeling about this lens (I pre-ordered it). If I wanted to get F4.5 and fit into my pocket, I should have used my iPhone...

I have this lens on my A7CR. The photos with this lens is waaaaaaaaaaay better than the photos on the main camera of the iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Color in the beginning of the video is very bad . I knew the Panasonic f 8 lens was a genius move. Many lens manufacturer's will follow. 2.8-22 is senseless when lens is only useful between 5.6 and 11. I wonder how it will perform on a5100.

The beginning of the video was filmed in the rain after sunset. There was no light that day.

This lens is bad news for Ricoh GR3! I think I could pair it with a Sony body and have a pocketable setup, yet more fun, with way better video capabilities.

That’s what really surprised me. I joked about this lens and the A7C being pocketable, but then I tried it and it actually fit.

Not bad news at all. I have a Sony a9iii and a Ricoh GRiii. Nothing beats the image quality and pocketability of the Ricoh!

Well at least you got a copy 😅, in my case the package with the lens was returned to their warehouse without me doing anything and i am being ghosted by the support for more than a month.
