Given the fact literally in these days the Bioshock collection is being given for FREE on the Epic launcher, after watching this, everybody who didn't play those games yet should go and try dem 3. No excuses.

I love this. I always wanted to build a miniature Rapture, maybe in scale 1:72 (my favorite Scale). And this is like the digital equivalent to that (at least for the BioShock Infinite Version of Rapture haha). Great work!

Adore the work you put into showcasing the worlds of these games. By any chance would you consider doing one for Deathloop?

As someone new here who’s fascinated by these videos: Are the assets extracted from games or are these entire artistic recreations?
@JallenMeodia2 жыл бұрын
He uses in-game debug cameras to get the shots, adds blurring filters to remove details, and then increases either animations or frame rate to create a sense that they're miniatures. I imagine there is a fair bit more going on, but that's the basics.

@@JallenMeodia Thanks for the detailed response!
@storiesofbike2 жыл бұрын
@@JallenMeodia and @Flurdeh I'm wondering if he's using in-game DOF controls or if he's using more trickier techniques. Because simple blurring wouldn't work as there are some clear shots where foreground elements are sitting in front of background elements (e.g. 0:50). Maybe he's just taking the time to mask around those elements. Either way it looks fantastic.
