You will have a great 2023. Tiny achievements lead to bigger goals . My goal is to do pullups like i did before my rotator cuff tear injury. Your bloopers are tongue twisters .

Don't forget to do regular external rotation and internal rotation with resistance like a band or cable machine. I was pretty religious about it after my tear. Took a while but eventually I was doing pull-ups and overhead press again.

gosh, as someone who grew up with undiagnosed adhd (meanwhile with a very perfectionist family) this is so helpful. it seems like no matter how many times i try things they never stick. i originally came to your channel just now from an older video about religious trauma and stayed for your wise words and kind attitude. you seem so amazing and hope to be like you one day (i am about to turn 20 and move in with my fiancé, so i feel a bit nervous about being a "good" adult)

My new habit is to read in the morning with coffee instead of sitting on my phone or watching YT. First book: Atomic Habits by James Clear (relevant)
