Excellent video, what size of metal profile do you recommend to make an tiny home 9 meters long, I am referring to the size of the chassis, the square iron of the platform where the house will be mounted, 100x50x3mm or 120x60x3mm would be of great help your advice. thank you.

YT finally recommended new content and your video came up. Wanted to comment a thank you for including your decision making, reasoning, and even the miscalculations you've included in your vid. I can find vids all day of people building on a frame but what I cant find is someone explaining the reasoning behind their choices and any fails so I dont do the same. Thank you for showing hows and whys so I can learn not just watch

Doesn’t the flashing protect the foam board too? I thought it was supposed to cover all the insulation

Full coverage is ideal, but not a requirement(as of my inspection) as long as you fill any gaps in the boards with spray foam. On the next ones, we'll be ordering the trailers with full flashing pans already welded on.

What screws did you use for the flashing and subfloor? My screws keep breaking off

TEK wood to metal screws and make sure you predrill
