This floorplan would work much better with a dropped floor in the bedroom increased the headroom in the loft above. The dining table placement is kind of a joke with those 2 chairs.

The bathroom is way too cramped! Not enough room to maneuver around in there. The shower stall is a good size, but there just isn't enough room in the bathroom with the sink and the toilet crammed so close together and to the shower. And the free floor space is about the size of a postage stamp.
