Thank you for showing more affordable tiny homes. Some people claim to have the best prices around, and they have ugly nonfunctional shacks. RRC definitely has the best deals, and the homes are beautiful and functional.

Love it. Perfect! I would switch out the counter tops for black quartz or granite that has white, black and gold striations throughout. The brightness of the stone would make it pop. I would also add a mobile island. Beautiful!!! This is one of my favorite shapes in tiny. And the price is reasonable.

Hi Mr Tiny. I have been watching your channel for years. Yes I am subscribed. I love your living with Mr Tiny series. I have gained many ideas that have spurned others from your show. We don't really have many good quality tiny or mobile home builders here in NZ. Our money is worth little and the prices are so overly inflated. Your prices in comparison are incredible. It's a shame that RCR are not available over here. I accidentally came across your channel a few years back. I was intrigued by your persona and presentation. You made me laugh and gave so much clear insight and a touch of class. In 2006 I created something here I called Capture. It was the first 360 walk throughs of it's kind. At the time we had experienced a lot of dishonesty and misleading regarding finding a rental and buying our first home. I wanted to create something that was completely transparent, honest, thorough of the highest quality. I wanted to make the real estate industry more honest. I wanted to empower members of the public and to give more options that didn't rely on the unscrupulous realestate industry. Help people get more bang for their buck. The kind of way you present your walk throughs is along the lines of what I envisioned. As I said you bring a touch of class as well as relatability. Sadly a multi billion now corporation was handed my prototypes without my permission. I did try to fight niavely for years. It hasn't quite turned out as positively as I had hoped ND planned. I love this model, but I have one issue that seems to be prevalent in many of the tiny homes. The mini-splits blowing directly down on the sofa and/or the head of the bed. I stayed somewhere once that had the vent on the wall directly above the headboard and I ended up getting very sick. I would rather forego some windows and have the mini-split on a side wall.

Great floorplan overall. The only thing I would change is that I feel like you could get rid of the dresser and turn the bedroom closet space into a walk-in closet by taking maybe a foot of width out of the living area. As much as I like the front porch and the slope, my favorite part of this home is the shower. Nice rustic aesthetic, plenty big, and high showerhead placement for taller folks like me.

Nice home. I would have made the shower tile gray. The antique rust tile makes no sense with the black home decor. Otherwise, very vice! I also might put a sectional in the living room and split the windows in the side to put a TV in the middle. You wouldn't have to sit right under the minisplit vent if you did that.

My kind of tiny home...not so tall, no loft, and less windows. I like the type of windows and placement in this home. I might even go with just a single skinny window next to the front door. I know Mr. Tiny was trying to get the price down with this one, but I was hoping he was going to walk into a no-loft Cardinal Weed on this video.

I disagree, I like the black appliances and cabinets. The problem is that you should have put in a copper sink and some backsplash with a pop of copper to give it some character. Also, some black crown molding and baseboards and dang this would be so sharp

I really like this layout but since I have white and orange pets I don’t think I’d like the black interior cabinets and appliances. I’d go with stainless appliances and maybe a pale lavender for the cabinets. But I like colors.

Mr. Tiny, I would like to see a cottage with 2 lofts and a catwalk to walk back and forth. I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the floating shelves in the kitchen area and the drawers in the bedroom, along with the sliding doors leading into the closet.

I need more workspace around the range. The drawers to the right of the dishwasher could be moved to the other side of the sink, along with a smaller sink, thus giving more workspace by the range. Not a fan of barndoors or the built-in dresser. I'd prefer the whole closet wall as closet with pocket doors.

Color combo is very attractive, but I think cedar trim around the windows would make it even better. I've always wondered, with the front door opening outward, whats to stop someone from knocking out the hinges and removing the door to gain access?
