Tiny restaurant in Tacoma's Fern Hill neighborhood is one of the best-reviewed in the entire country

I lived across the street from the location for 10 years. 10 years I saw shops and restaurants try and fail on my block, it was sad. But then Tibbitts came in and blew up the scene! It was like a street party every day with people streaming in and out of his place and laughter filling the air. He, along with the Seinfeld-themed diner Little Jerry’s, really revitalized the neighborhood. Now Fern Hill has become a destination spot. I love it.
