Different raptors are different sizes. The velociraptor is the size of a chicken and the Utah raptor is a bit bigger than a human.

Spinoraptor keeps the main body build of a raptor, and in this game, the Utahraptor part of it is about 2-3m tall, 2-3m long, which would make sense for it being small, the main part it retains from the Spinosaurus parent is the spine, and it combined with the raptor head changes the head to make it appear different.
