I had cupping done on my calves in physical therapy. It works so well because my calves are very tight. Great savings. So good to see you Kay. I don't have as much time to watch since I have been working part-time.

So glad to see you in the comments too Wilma! So how is work going? Are you enjoying it?

@HeyKayBudgets I am enjoying work. It is easy, too easy at times, and I get bored and sleepy.

Hey Kay!! :) I love how you shrink challenges down. I should do that too. The Tiny’s I use are like $4 and I should stick to like $10-$16 :) I am so glad to hear you are taking a well deserved self care break!!! :) 9:37

Hey Kay! I love cupping as well as acupuncture! I got a pedi today. I feel you on all the cute minis/tinies that it’s hard to get to them all.
@HeyKayBudgetsАй бұрын
Hey Ang! cupping as acupuncture?! Do tell me more? I decided to give myself my own pedi this week bc I dont like paying for that service, not sure why lol... BUT I do plan on buying myself more stuff so that I have all the fun pedi stuff at home to make it a whole big production and excuse to stay home! lol

@@HeyKayBudgets pedicures are my treat for sure! I sometimes get acupuncture before an adjustment because it helps me adjust better. But also if my neck/back gets super kinked up acupuncture along with cupping is the only thing that releases it. However my girl recently moved away. 🥹

It was so good! I'm sooo glad the massage therapist requested it. Now that I know how it feels and works I'll be doing that again when I need it.

Yay for Tinies and I have heard that cupping works wonders! Did it hurt at all?
@HeyKayBudgetsАй бұрын
Some spots did hurt, but most of it was amazing, especially when she used the cup to massage up and down my back before leaving it in one spot. That was AMAZING! She placed a cup on the bottoms of my feet and on the inside of my uppers arms too - not sure why and I need to research what those two spots do- probably detoxing - but the upper arms hurt the most. I wish she had done more around my neck. I hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Next time! 😉
@DawnsSunriseBudgetingАй бұрын
@@HeyKayBudgets I hold my tension in the same spots, where most of my headaches come from. The bottom of the feet I am guess it is because there are so many pressure points on the bottom of our feet for different parts of the body?? Not sure! Under the upper arms I have no idea and would love to find out!
