Been planning, looking at things from every angle, lol. Wanting to build a small 'always ready' camper equipped for 3-7 days in the woods. Had 3 other TT over the years. They were glampers, a 22', a 30' and a 31'. Like towing your house with you, really took awY from the experiance. Only reason I want a little rig is I'm now 64, a 6yr lung cancer survivor who is not in the best of shape, lol. Just love being in the woods but need a foam mattress under my butt and an AC for the day time. Can cook over a fire but a coleman stove is good too. When I get it figured out as to what and how, I'll build it! Liking the little expedition units more and more...

I completely know what you mean: too much gear and stuff to tow or haul makes for an experience that feels almost like you're not out there. It's actually not like an OSB but entirely plastic with an air core ... more like a beefy version of what you find in political yard signs. With that said, you could build with a lot of different materials. As long as you've got a good watertight situation you should be all set

Just a question. How has the corrugated plastic held up after 2 years? I have heard there is some degradation and the plastic becomes very brittle. Just curious for my upcoming build. Great job on you build also. Very inspiring.

it's about 8'x4' ... the corners were finished with angle iron

I don't have the exact dimensions now, as the trailer has moved on to a new owner. However, I can tell you that it was quite small: about the size of a twin mattress

The trailer was made by a good friend of mine ... and he recently sold it. I didn't buy it myself, as I've run out of driveway space with my 40' long prison bus. :) It is a very nice little camper!

I was a standard product at Menards, a local hardware store. Plastic stuff with internal baffles. I've seen similar products from Mossy Oak

No real blueprint or plans on this one: as Joel mentions in the video, it's a simple box built onto an old boat trailer. Sorry to not be of more help!

It's the same waterproof siding material + silicone. You could also apply roofing polyurethane which works really well

@@andrisecasimir4930 The trailier has been sold so I don't have the specs, but I can tell you it was DANG light and inside the size of a single twin bed. Easy to pull behind a small SUV

it was all on my end i apologize again. I am looking to build something and I enjoy looking at different builds. In fact I just heard of a filberglass sheeting that you can buy as wide aand as long as you need. So that was pretty kool! Thanks again
