I would watch an hour long video of just spinning. Doesn't need a voiceover, doesn't need music (though this music is lovely), just fiber prep, the sounds of the wheel, and the yarn that comes out.

Thanks Eric for your feedback. That’s the plan for future short format videos - more ASMR-y - but for now I’m using some of the footage I’ve shot for other videos on my channel and because I don’t normally use the sound they’ve got the very in-relaxing sounds of documentary voiceovers on them! 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

This seems like it would be rather fun to do,& kind of relaxing at the same time..The finished product looks so beautiful & and it's shape & coloring is so perfect,it appears to be as good if not better than any of the expensive name brands bought at the craft store & made by machines!

How do you get the yarn to evenly distribute like that?

When I’ve finished spinning my singles I rewind them. There’s more info about why and how in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eKvMpISnd5uVhtk Yarn is also evenly distributed across the bobbin if you use a Woolee Winder/Auto Level Wind System flyer. I hope that helps. 😊
