You need to have a good preparation before putting ceramic. We have 2 x 5/8 plywood screwed with wood glue beteen the 2 sheet so at the end it make the countrrtop almost 2 1/2 inch thick.

If Ikea was a bus! LOL! I love this guy's accent! Beautiful family! I like the clean lines and sunlight in this build. Those two top bunks could really have benefited from a roof raise. Just looking at those top bunks feels like a tight fit to me. This bus build really makes you "feel" happy! There's so much light, the interior is so clean & it feels so uncluttered and bright. Great build. I've subscribed! Can't wait to see your adventures!

Love the family even more than I do the bus. They have such a lovely vibe. And those boys are having the time of their lives. I only worry how it'll impact them not having the traditional school life, I think after a 2 year hiatus, they should be able to go back and join their classmates in school because the structure it gives is also an important part of living in this world.

Why having a home when you can have a bus?
@barbarajoyhuhtala34952 жыл бұрын
Not a bad schoolie, but a bit boring military looking sleeping areas. The children's area is not even close to being personalized as we have seen in other family schoolies. Painting their names on the wall with the same font is not "personalizing." You have been on the road for fourteen months. Try checking out how to let your children create their own space. On a side note, it saddens me as a Canadian teaching the English language outside of the country how poorly the English language teachers in Quebec do their job :( Of course you communicate well, which is the important thing, but not even knowing the verb "be," past verbs, childrens (?), etc. is sad for me. Hopefully your children have better teachers :) ) Enjoy your home. (Just let the kids decorate their own space.)
@thrumylens12 жыл бұрын
Hi, have you learned French? It's a beautiful language. The way they decorated is unique to them. Thank goodness for individualism. I'm sure if you shared you're decorating style someone would be sure to have different ideas. I like their style and would use many of their suggestions if I had the opportunity. Have a good day.
@monespacefamillevickysesho53542 жыл бұрын
Thank for your comments!! I know it could have a military looking but it's not like individual bedroom, we can't close the door when it's a creative mess.... The kids can use their creativity all day long but not in the bus ( its for the parents mental care😅) For our english, you can't learn english well at school with 1h class per week so you need to do it yourself, what we learn too late...hopefully for you we try because if we won't try, you won't see our bus😉
@barbarajoyhuhtala34952 жыл бұрын
@@monespacefamillevickysesho5354 I understand. Of course the parents' mental care is important. Thank-you for explaining :) 1 hour! That's terrible! We do five. In that case, you are doing a great job! I apologize and wish you well. Take care.

@@thrumylens1 Thank-you for your comment. Unfortunately, I do not speak French even though my mother (83) was born in Rouen, Quebec, and most of my relatives on that side still live in Quebec. Back when I was born (1960), people did not appreciate multi-lingualism as we do nowadays. Yes, it is a beautiful language. The sounds are in my mind. If you read my reply to the posters of the video, you, I hope, will appreciate my recognition of how good their English is, considering the circumstances of having acquired it. I do now speak Spanish and am learning Maya (Maya is widely spoken in Yucatan.). Yes, thank the Creative Force for individualism, which was commented on and responded to. Life would be pretty booooring without it :) I hope you have a nice evening and that we all have an interesting journey.
