Wish there was a link to the manufacturer. Want to see the floor plan. This one is both attractive and very accommodating. The laundry and walk in closet are terrific. The porch is super. Would have a back porch, too. Would change the bathroom to a wet room to get rid of the shower step. It would increase the feeling of space and likely make it easier for accessibility/resale if needs be. Hummingbird feeders help with mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are a huge portion of a hummingbird's diet.

Really cute place. A bit of overselling by the owner, lol, but overall it's a lovely space. Love that it's all on one floor (great for aging in place). However I would have given up some of the patio space for more space in the interior, but that's just me. VERY smart of them to screen in the patio, I lived in TX 30+ years and the bugs there are crazy! Also, one drawback is that their property is a RENTAL - they don't own it. So technically, that could keep increasing if the owners saw fit to do that (and a lifelong renter, this can become an issue). Great place!

I agree in some ways, if it comes to unnecessessary things ( decoration), BUT in most tiny houses I don't see any space for books or hobbies, only a BIG TV/computer/ laptop. I have more interests, playing cards with my friends, sewing, reading books a.s.o., sorage for Tools to repair the bike, whatever.

It's beautiful. I'd love a tiny house like this one, but tiny houses aren't really a "thing" here in the UK. Also, I'm an introvert so people constantly in and out would drive me insane. Technically we do live tiny, we have a two bedroom bungalow but with standard 7ft 6inch ceilings and less windows.

This is a tiny home on rented land so it’s basically a mobile home. I love the home and the high ceilings and would have rather put it on land that you own so that you aren’t paying rent ever month.

Id need an colored L shaped couch so guest have a place to sit rather than in a row,, and single seat. ( i the color would also break up that sterile look , then an angled coffee table to go with the design of couch. Also where do guest hang their coats & place their shoes, . I would have designed the layout it so much differently. But to each their own...
