Outstanding mini-house, I mean truly outstanding! Very traditional-looking, and apparently built on a trailer-truck platform, so about as big as a tiny home gets, it's like a nice, modern urban apartment, that you can take with you! I love the TV/gas fireplace unit, and having 2 private bedrooms is a luxury. Video doesn't talk about the roof deck, which is an outstanding feature.

You’d enjoy using one bedroom for sleeping and one as a studio (art, music, writing, sewing). We recently downsized and decided to use the largest bedroom as a studio/den/guest room and the large walk-in closet as our main storage closet.

Only 2 things I'd change: * have floors + kit cads more in same tonal quality (both warm or both cool) * the fuse box on wall in MBR - next to closet - sticks out like a sore thumb. Needs to be painted the wall color. Rest is PERFECT!!!

This really is a breathtaking home! Every detail is exquisite. My retirement isn’t enough with this insane inflation and I’m terrified of being homeless. I’d love a tiny home. I wish I knew about these sooner

My wife and I decided we wanted one of these 2 years ago, and the purchase price before setup was about 185k, with a wait of 2-3 years. 2 years later, and after the housing boom, it's gotta be north of 250, but the wait time has ballooned too probably. If this was an option, there are much cheaper alternatives. The house we bought was twice as large for the same money, setup included.

@@redrock861 the material they used is top of the line - hence the exorbitant cost. You can build a house like this but spend MUCH, MUCH less. All you need to do is go to a builder of your choice with this layout and choose much less expensive but equally attractive material for the building process. This is also a stationary house which makes it more expensive. You need to buy the land. Houses on wheels (which are part of the REAL tiny house movement) are much less expensive.

@@ElizaDolittle sure they're much less expensive, but they're also much less enjoyable too. I think we made a good choice. We picked a less stylish modular home than this one, but it's large enough that we can have our kids, and grandkids come over, and not be tripping over baby strollers, or backpacks. People are messy, and they bring a mess with them, and with this gorgeous home in the video, there really isn't a place for that mess to go.

A tiny house is only 8’ wide in order to be able to be towed on roads without a special permit. This is pretty and it’s small but it’s not an actual tiny house.

those are the tiny house rules for being on a trailer. tiny homes are considered tiny via their SQF, not whether theyre strictly on a trailerbed. :)
