Love the downstairs bed location. Males a lot of sense. Draw a curtain and you've got just about all the privacy you could want. Great for aging in place. Very neatly appointed and visually harmonious home.

I love the kitchen. She has lots of storage. I would prefer a larger living room, but the community she lives in has a large, communal living room, which is very attractive, for gatherings, so I guess she doesn't need it. I love the walking paths she further developed. Finally, it was very pleasant to listen to her: very clear, very consise, unexagerrated and to the point. Thank you.

What a beautiful home. It's so well designed. I love all the finishes, especially the sea glass back splash. The color is wonderful. My favorite part is that Kai (who is gorgeous) has great spaces and that dog living is taken into consideration. Thanks for the tour!

I love that Beth showed us around the exterior and all the hooks up, which is very helpful for us who are learning. I love what she said about friendly "Kaia" being so interested in other dogs in the dog park at all hours - that she embraces it and allows her to be her own dog. That's very sweet - a great dog mom!! We need more animal people like her!

*It's nice to see a fellow/sister coastal Oregonian!! I am further north from Lincoln City. I am curious if she has had to endure any of our coastal storms in her tiny house yet!! The Oregon Coast can be quite brutal during the late fall and winter months! 70-95 mph winds are common during those months. We have had them almost 140 mph before. It took 2 days for FEMA and the Red Cross to reach us due to down trees blocking the highways in. I hope that her tiny home can withstand the elements. Many of us in regular homes lose our roofs during the storms. She is right on the headlands with nothing to help diminish the impact of the wind. It takes an extremely sturdy person to endure coastal living during the rough months!! We have months of nothing but wind and rain. However, during the summer months, we draw a sigh and say, "Ah, yes, this is why I am here!!!"* 😊

This home is beautiful! We rented a tiny house at Tiny Tranquility two summers ago, and it was wonderful - we highly recommend it!! I wish there were villages like this all over the country; we especially need them on the east coast!

This is a very nice video and unit. I was really impressed with the community aspect of the place though. With rental places and real estate prices going through the roof, it's sucha shame there aren't more of these around! I would definitely live in a place like that. If looks and feels so much better than a regular street/block of city neighbourhoods! Beautiful!!

Waldport is a quaint little town on Hwy 101 between Florence & Newport. We go through there on our way north to go atv-ing. Fun shops too! And yes, the forest there really does look like that!😊

Lovely tiny!! I am also a Craftsman fan. And I think the layout is perfect ... all that is needed and nothing that is not. And that Village - WOW! Beautiful all around. Also, thank you for the introduction to JAWS! I keep things pretty simple with water or water/vinegar in tandem with microfiber but LOVE the capsule refills. I will look at the product line. ***Edited to add: As a long time RVr (33 foot motorhome), the monthly site fee is very reasonable ... beyond very reasonable: location, amentities ... Holy Cow!

Oh man, the tears brought to my ryes when she was talking about her Coby. You can tell he was her heart dog ❤. My heart dog passed 17 years ago the 8th of this month. I always like to say.. "Sometimes you get lucky and you're so mean as a dog." I did.. The house you built for your Coby is a work of love. Its perfect.

I stayed at Tiny Tranquility last October and loved it! It's in a great location, has nice amenities, and is neat and quaint. My only issue, not with TT but with the location, was that the streets could have more light. I had to get used to driving somewhere so dark. I don't think it should change, but it would take me some time to feel confident driving at night.

it really touched me how precious pets are. after my first puppy passed took a while, but now we have my son's cat and I still get to visit my 3rd sister's 2 yo puppy. What a nice village to live in! When I see this I feel like i need to explore more of OR and WA. Still live in CA and visit OR every other year for my sis but Beth's home gives me great ideas!
