Hey tapes, I bought the lut pack but I have a question. I do the same thing that you do when putting the luts on top the videos with an adjustment layer but for dynamic link stuff like rotoscoping effects in after effects swirls and those effects from bryan delimata and that, should the footage be color graded already or should I color grade the footage after the vfx in after effets

color the footage in premiere using an adjustment layer ontop, when you dynamic link into after effects cut out the adjustment layer to match the size of your clip and duplicate it so there’s 2 of them and then then one of them off. the one that’s still on, also select that to come into after effects with you and while you’re editing in there keep it on for reference then turn it off before you render and then turn the one in premiere back on
