Crying as I listen. The grief as I come back to nature and myself of how disconnected I had been. The pain and the journey back to myself has been very very hard. My life is all about coming back to balance with living in this world, responsibilities as well as maintaining connection. It asks me to move even slower than I am. Not an easy task, but I am saying yes to my soul and the earth. Thank you for sharing this ❤

When i was 4yrs old i had the feeling that the world around me (society) was not right. I was experiencing life way different than what others would try to impose and around that age everything around me (earth) was talking to me not in words but in a different language and now that I came across this converstaion of Ghosthorse i understand what i was experiencing. Theres is more than what meets the eye. Stay out of the box ppl

when i go to forest, i feel mother nature to me, peace and if i really open my heart, i tell the i thank the tree and this tree and i love the tree. i feel way stronger than what i felt, abundance. the spirit is talking to us and so are the animals, who way more than most knew. i love horses and a disconnect if i am not connected. my told me i was more native than caucasion. i love great creator. my best friends natives. i was born with pitch black hair i think close to shoulders, my skin olive complected. my friends were native montana/then my roommates my best friend, navajo dine, hopi, and mexican. i didn't understand what you are still going through. my heart aches. i love you as a people. i want to help. i am 73 yrs. old

Very beautiful. The same teachings as I've received from a Kichwa elder in the Andes. The four elements, inside and outside of us: ashpamama (earth) waira (air) yaku (water) and nina (fire) and the fifth element, the Ushai. When the four elements are in balance inside a person, their ushai grows. Conversing with all beings, with the elements, is our original nature. Greet, feel, and express gratitude to/with each element and the ushai grows.

Such deep wisdom here, made incredibly accessible. Tiokasin cuts right to the root causes of our western sickness and offers optimistic solutions in a very articulate way. Amazing soul. Great questions from the interviewer, too. Hope this is shared far and wide.

💯% Thank yas...💪💞🌎🙏 i can be outrageous at times, but i am honest and respectfull. My intent stays of love and i too know that disrespect of the provider of everything under the sky is done being tolerated. A lot to learn yet, but choose to continue to do so. Love is unconditional but so is the health of EARTH...rearrange letters, HEART...if that b, then bearth recieves breath on earth thru heart. Thanking does eventually develope once ya realize it precedes fruitfull thought. Gratitude are seeds when unconditional love shines, and truth waters. With respect through life who knows how fruitful trees can be. Plant not near know LEDGE. Roots should have 360° Mother nature is a wanderful teacher, but its best to know thyself. Mighta got her cirriculum from fish in the deep blue......an old school. Dont let mysillyum friends trip ya up😉They mean well, but too often are fungis....Can get a lil loopy. 💞 cornfused if ya know what i mean, real earitable. Ecosystems evolve naturally if we aint destroyin them. 4 equal seasons is very possible and time is significant to the cirrcadian rhythm that connects above to below. Will have men on pause and temperature regulating issues. Clean water ran through natural filters is necessary as thats how iron is replaced when lost through menstruation, monthly....whats a month to the young lady as opposed to our TIME. Bout 2160 years. We in big trouble if she dont get back regular...And off the SINthetic overthought, underdrawn and barely understood. The creator(s) gave her all natural everything to heal NATURALLY...Too much info is definitely a harmful stuff when it comes to HEALTH. Know thyself, ask for explanations, understand issues and solutions. Cant keep experimenting, not curing, and making excuses with pride. No it alls might exist but not here, listen and hear, pride is earned or wrong. Rainbows are awesome but good health is deathtomental. Advice on such should come from the heart of those that practice healing from love, because they truly care. Not because the pay is great or the club has the nicest sweaters and breezes through medisin school with ease as whats a lil extra tuition to skip learning some intuition....All for a dipLOWma. Credentials matter not shit if they are false. Glorified waaaaaaay overpriced toilet paper. The library and KZbin(discerment skills needed) (think of it a man maybe)are only short a good teacher if anything. Comprehension can be a struggle. Understanding and remembering are 2 completely different means of retaining knowledge. Tiktok has some serious research backed health enthusiasts as well. Trauma areas of hospitals one could probably gain a lot of knowledge, they do it in effort of saving lives. Successful surgeons might be difficult to talk to, but hell yell if ya need. Unless they working hands on or in. Serious life on the line work calls for serious people. Where perfection needs be closest had i believe. Just a rambling arent i. Sorry and thanks for your insight and reading my shit ..Respect
