說實在的，在這熟食中心里有一間超好吃的绿豆爽，但是員工（特别是那大嫂）傲慢的服務態度。發誓餓死也不推荐他人光顧這個攤位，也難怪没有人在視頻看到或提起過這個攤位。

8:28 看到這所謂豬腸粉製作, 得個懒字. 蒸好粉後, 就懒到剷埋一堆, 上碟就算. 兒時看腸粉師傅, 是用手工把它捲成腸, 才放上碟奉客. 想想, 那時的師傅, 真的是手工製作. 想吃真正手工腸粉, 澳門, 香港,內地鄉下等,尚有人堅持做.

这样的话，一碗饭的比例比较正确而且比较快。如果用饭匙的话，可能不平均而且还很慢。

喜欢吃鸡饭的也可以试试吃马来人的烧鸡饭，饭也是鸡油汤煮的，鸡肉很香，他们用的鸡比较瘦。也可以吃马来人的 Nasi Padang 的 咖喱鸡，煮得很软，配咖喱杂菜（lodeh)。

Visit the kopitiam at Sengkang Sq . Chairs stained with droppings, floors stained with spilled food , tables lop-sided , roofs/ceiling blackened with soots , ceiling fans not working , coffee cups not properly cleanse, sucks food - expensive too and most stalls are operated by FOREIGNERS. HOW COME ! Don't ask me ! Go ask the authorities .

Let me tell you more . They used to have an Indian electrician ( foreign worker ) looking into the minor electrical faults ..He left and replaced by an older local . He too left recently , perhaps due to age . The area is surrounded with trees and on these trees live crows , minors and pigeons . They are bold . The pigeons pecking on the floor, the crows attacked the TRAY RETURN dustbins and mynahs the unattended food/leftovers on tables . There were many times the manager and his deputies sat eating & chatting . They were totally nonchalant of the surroundings . If the management takes notice of my comment here , they may wish to contact me here for a guided tour . FYI, I HAVE YET TO SEE ANY WASHING DONE THROUGHOUT THE YEARS !! PATHETIC!! The chairs are uncleaned for ages , table tops broken are not replaced . Would NEA care to look into this ?
