@@BlumFurniturefittings thank you very much for answering. I’m in USA in California. The drawers opens perfectly fine with tip on but when I close the drawer is hard to close feels like it has to pass a ‘bump’ then it catch the slow motion for closing. Can you help??

Hi Conde, thanks for your explanation. Based on your description, we think that you have TIP-ON BLUMOTION installed. Since TIP-ON BLUMOTION is a mechanical system, the movement behaves differently than SERVO DRIVE which would be electrical. Opening by a slight tapping, closing requires a little drive to overcome exactly this point that you describe. interesting, it sounds like it is doing what the slide is designed to do, when u close the drawer at certain spot it grab the drawer slowly to the back. It is softclose
