Now it looks flat and long. What can be done about the high radix to balance things out? If you look at nice nose the radix is usually slightly lower than the top eyelid and set in deeper than the brow bones. Why don't doctors do this?

No - you can tell tell that this no more than a month out and that there is swelling due to her thck skin.

some people have a bit larger nose bridge while others have a bit smaller nose bridge while most have an average nose bridge....just like height...just like intelligence...just like money....just like fat....just like fame....just like just about everything you could imagine.....I have a lower nose bridge....just makes me think that those with high nose bridges might want a bit smaller.....those with smaller nose bridges might want larger.....is not life imbalanced in this regard.....
