Tipper is not working properly while in load condition and know what is the working pressure.

In this vehical tipper was not working properly while tipper is load its working 10 to 20% and its suddenly comming down so we checked the tipper working pressure we found 70bar so we replace the relief valve then its went 190bar then the problem got solved.
