You don't have the rear backup sensors, just the rear backup camera.

+Ron Moore have you tried simply turning the battery over if it still does not work but the intelligent part still works like you can still push to start it needs to be re programmed but infiniti will charge you for a new fob and program your looking at around 350 i know this because it happened to me twice once with the original key and the new key they replaced

Yes....tried both sides of the battery with no luck. I'll look into getting the fob programmed....thanks!

what i did with the second key if you have road side assistance you can tell them your key fob does not work and they actually will reprogram on spot or go to a key master with the program and they can do it way under infiniti but thats only if the push to start still works and the doors unlock when in close range the infiniti dealer got me the first time saying the chip was in the key itself but he didn't know what he was talking about but good luck!

after u change the battery on your key fob insert it to that key slot right below where the VDC button is, and then start your car. do the same thing to the other key

Bro!! I have a 2013 EX 37 with only 32k miles. Just got it and I can not get the back up camera to work for anything. The screen comes on in reverse but it is just a blue color and even has the parking lines but nothing else. I have gotten in to the self diagnosis screen but says everything is good. What is it I ain't doing right here? Help a brother out.

I have a 2012 g37, it worked for me. Make sure the audio is off, hold the settings button then at the same time spin the volume button until the self diagnostic menu pops up.
