Really need to create a complete uninstall of the factory unit and complete install of this unit video, there are so many skipped steps in these videos that people are not going to feel comfortable buying this without that.

I want to upgrade my QX60 with the Navigation DVD/CD stereo. Do I need to do any modifications or is it just plug and play?
