I think that the sign idea turned out great! You didn’t destroy a vintage sign in the process- but you nailed the look that you were going for. I know that it was a lot of work but this truck is going to be a show stopper when you get there! Well done!!

Had me fooled, I thought those signs were the real deal, good job. I’ve used a similar process of walking on something on concrete but had to use an old chain to get the dings.

Hey Tony and Julie The TEXACO sign was a perfect one to duplicate. Doing the embossing rather than just paint was a stroke of genius ! Your techniques for aging the paint worked perfect. The view with the big duals was long awaited and totally rocks the truck. The project is not yet finished but my hat is tipped to you.

I didn't keep track but I would guess 15 man hours a side to get to the point where it's bolted to the truck
