Thank you for this information. I can't believe tuning the steering to complete oversteer is helpful instead. I started this game on version 3.51 and tried so hard but fail for hours continuously to beat the "Need for Speed Mario Kart" level. Even using Rank 598 McLaren F1 isn't useful as the car volunteers to flip when crashing into Annoying Intelligence (AI) cars or cops. The car I used to beat the level is Dodge Charger SRT "Yes-Officer-It's-Stock" car. This car is [ not too wide compare to GTR ], [ less likely to flip when crashing ], [ 1.34g grip ], [ acceleration is below 2.10 seconds ] after tuning. I tuned this car to full oversteer and gear ratio as short as possible while maintaining the highest top speed, nitro rate is tuned right after the letter "e". It still works in a few retries. For driving wise, I try to keep myself driving in the middle especially if the road is touge narrow, to render the Annoying Intelligence cars useless against me since they spawn like law obeying citizens. They can be useful to act as obstacles to both Raymond and cops, a little touch and they will be happy to stop moving. Let AI do Raymond and cops dirty for you. If the road is at least 2 lane per direction wide, you can use to make AI to spawn cars at where you want them to, but you need to drive in the other lanes unless you have other plans. When facing cops, the key is the cop car can't be too near to yours and you need a minimum speed to be able to use "Reset Vehicle" button. Don't worry about Raymond being very far ahead of you, sometimes you can catch up in 1 minute. But the best is stay far ahead of Raymond or make Raymond stay close to you if you're behind so everyone has a fair chance of crashing into AI cars, cops or both.

I also managed to beat the level again with Firebird Rank 578 with the time 11 mins 7 seconds on the second try today. This time I try to just focus on driving safely with 10 minutes as target completion time, crash as less as possible, driving in middle when available, handbrake with brake (sometimes just slow in fast out) for sharp turns and use nitro only for acceleration after crashing, resetting car and for final dash to finish line. The cops won't brake unless you are not fast enough, thus braking earlier while maintaining at least 200 kmh and turning left and right can avoid cops ramming you from behind as they pass you instead. 200 to 250 kmh is a safe maximum speed that allows you to crash into AI cars with lower chance of flipping.

I can't beat Raymond on King mode. This is a true nightmare for me to be in right now. I tried helping myself to beat this race, but it just doesn't work. The NPC traffic cars keep hitting me, the police keep messing with me. I use little dabs of handbrake and it might work, but at times it just does not work every time. It's very frustrating. Like, seriously, how the heck do you beat Raymond on King mode?!?! I will never beat this race on King mode. I would rather not have Raymond's car. So I'm toning down the difficulty to Normal mode. It's easier this way. If you wanna rage yourself into a flippin' coma, then try to beat the Final Race of The Street King on King mode. Oh, and BTW, I am trying to beat the Final Race with the Bullet car, which somebody acknowledged as 'The best car to beat Raymond.' If it doesn't work, I might as well have to switch to SC8C, until I cannot take it anymore as I rage my flippin' brains out while I torture my punching bag as I scream and roar in fury. Thanks for trying to help me out though.

You can't beat it if you go in king mode Raymond just runs away from you in hard mode you have less health and you will wreck not even half way and in normal mode you will just flip over and the cops will take all your money away I tried it for 4 hours straight it doesn't work it's impossible either that or just the r34 just sucks
