Hello Gautam, What cutting parameters to start with in your application is hard to say since we do not know the size of the hole and type of application. But for the material you describe the correct insert geometry to start with is the -GR geometry in both the center and periphery. If you want to find cutting parameter recommendations for you specific application, please visit Coroguide 2.0 on our website where you can find specific recommendations for your application. To make an easy choice of work piece material, please choose C35 which is equal to the material you stated in your question. www.sandvik.coromant.com/en-gb/products/pages/coroguide.aspx Best regards Tomas Furucrona Global Application Specialist Short Hole Drilling

Para centrar perfectamente, primero pasar con una broca de menor diámetro, unos 2 mm menor al diamerro final, y luego la broca de diametro final se autocentra

If I remember correctly D39 is the biggest we have right now, I love it. No need for the boss to come check on you, they'll hear metal is being removed :D
