Thank you so much for talking about this in the way you do, I started feeling dizzy and had issues holding my self awake after work for 10 months. I went to my doctor and Orthoptics who neither could figure out what was wrong. My doctor gave me vitamins, claiming that was the root cause of my issues, and my orthoptic claimed I only needed pc-glasses... After a while I got a new doctor who pretty much cracked the case instantly with a simple eye sight test, and sent me to a new orthoptic who verified the issues, I am now currently 3 weeks into the training program, and while I'm not there yet, I can already say I am way better than I was before I started the exercise. My only gripe with my orthoptic is that he's not really that reassuring that these issues will go away in time, so I love to watch your videos every now and then to "keep faith" that my muscle tension, reading issues and dizziness will go away once I get a hang on this! These are my problems and I think there's related to what you spoke about. Can't read under a bright light source. Needs to be dim. Can't read for a long time because of eye burn. Mostly compelled to pull eye lashes. Usually sleeps to alleviate it. Things get clumsy reading with many symbols, cannot concentrate well. Aside all these, I have a good eyesight, see things clearly but reading is the problem.

Hello, I've been to vision therapy with my local optometrist and got glasses as well but it doesn't seem to have gotten any better. Should I go back for vision therapy again and get new glasses or is it likely a lost cause? Would surgery be possible?
