Thank you for this. Gave my grandma my scale and intentionally not dieting yet not craving certain foods yet open to them and weekly therapist and take break and maybe when I’m mentally stable and want to in healthy way lose weight or stay in 220s and accept and move on and keep pushing and be healthy and successful at any size. And intuitive eating and cardio for happiness and stresss. ❤❤

i accepted my weight gain really well but now since im weight restored i find it really hard to deal with the slightest gain :((

I am at completely the same point but keep going and it will get easier, all you need to do is accept you don’t need to love, accepting is key ❤️
