I used to do it this way, then progressed to pro tool on an old WFP, all you do is position the ladder in the middle and drag the vegetation to yourself, far quicker than up n down the ladder. I’m now on a skyvac and it is a game changer mate, I’m far quicker now than I ever was manually. We’ve all got to start somewhere 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've got a few of the pro tool variants mate just don't tend to use it too much and tends to be safer being 3 point contact where possible. I'll get a vac eventually but for the cost of them it doesn't seem worth it for 10 minutes extra time on the job, I'll get one eventually just for convenience and extra safety but limited space in the vehicle as it is it's not on my priority list at the mo. Thanks for the comment mate

Just watched your guttering video , I would recommend a ladder limb , I just got one and what a difference it's made cleaning gutters , just poke it in the side of the ladder run and clip your bucket to it so you dont have to hold your bucket whilst cleaning the gutter , £18 in b&q
@PartridgeExteriorCleaning4 жыл бұрын
At yea I’ve seen those! They look handy I might get one. Problem is I’ve got so many attachments for my ladders now they’re looking like a transformer and getting really heavy to move around on the job 😆

@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning what type of insurance do you need, public liability insurance?
@PartridgeExteriorCleaning4 жыл бұрын
@@Eonednb Yes mate try and get some that will cover you for 6 meters+ for jobs like this and taller windows but if not don't worry too much just make sure you've got your standard public liability for window cleaning to start with incase you bump your ladders off a car or scratch a window :D

Can you reccomend a make of extendable poles that would be strong enough to slide the debris along from the ground? Thanks love the vids
@sirBrouwer3 жыл бұрын
extra tip. if you get the chance and space in your van. buy yourself a few drainpipe replacement for the top goose neck. same with roof tiles and what not. if you have the space to just have a few in stock that can do wonders. and or know someone you feel safe to recommend that can replace them if needed. they will often reciprocate that and will advertise you for your speciality.

Loving your content my friend! Very professional and interesting. Can I ask, can you use the customers water if using a water fed pole to clean the gutters? What if they don't have an outdoor tap?

Wow, how you got thoughs large hands in that tiny crack between the roof and gutter edge, oh forgot you have those marvelously long delightful fingers, oh my goodness you sure do know how to use those fingers in dark holes nice trusting action. Like your heavy duty rubbers, one must protect one's self, yes a wipe can come in handy. Anything you do is deffently interesting to watch. Made sure you get those legs massaged, l know going up&down the ladder can be a killer, i would help out. Have a marvelous day and see you soon. Bye for now.lol
