My recommendation for moisturizing hands is to wash your hands with hand soap and water thoroughly pat dry leaving your hands damp apply the hand cream the reason why you should wash your hands first is so that the hand cream can penetrate and do it's job on clean hands if they're not clean it has to get past all the germs and dirt so it doesn't work as well the reason for leaving your hands damp is so that the hand cream can lock in moisture and water to deeply hydrate try my tip out and let me know if you notice a difference

Yeah that’s right I always have a problem because the doctor and nurse does not either wash hands or use a hand sanitizer and then I have to switch the doctor and or sometime I have to asked the doctor please wash your hands and use hand sanitizer even with the corona they refused to wash hands 🥲
