Spray on liberally pb blaster the day before. Next day warm up the cat then spray on more pb liberally, then bang the sensor with happier several times. Do that three or four times. Sensor will loosen up now. I used the o2 sensor wrench available for free use from autozone.

Ahhh hell why didn't I think of removing the exhaust 6 heat seized most likely to snap and cutting the pipe sure sounds easier that other in position ways 😂 😂 😂

I had no room to get any leverage, tried 02 sensor tool hammer and everything else. However discovered the amazing air hammer with the tie rod separator connector. Wouldn't recommend anything other than it only thing that could get the job done between that PB blaster.

Typical manufacturer tip. "Remove the pipe and work on a it at a work table"🙄

75 % of the time if the sensor is seized the threads in the bung are done even if you use a chaser , if your lucky grind down the top of bung to get to good threads run a tap to clean , i have had luck this way

Il pay a machanic $100 to get the job done. No headache for me

Why would anyone still try to use aka leverage after the pipe was taken out vs using an impact n some inductor or heat or pb blast or combo
