Another thing- if baby daddy doesn't want to be there for you and your baby, good riddance to bad rubbish! Better for both of you in the long run.

Thank you so much for showing the "Hands Out" Swaddling method. I could never "Mummify" my Angel. PS: The "Head to Heart" is gooh when your child has nightmares. Simply place your child chest to chest with their head alined with your heart (this is more effective when you have skin to skin contact). Place hands under diaper & over back. This will replicate 3 senses familiar with their first 9 months. Heart Beat - Breathing Rhythm - Human Body-Heat. Be ready to spend the rest of the night in this horizontal position but it's a night that you will remember fondly years later.

😭😭😭 watching this makes me so sad. Babies grow up so fast! I got an 11 year old, 8 year old and a 6 month old. I can't swaddle my baby no more. Swaddle only last like a month, after that they hate it 😭😭 I keep telling my baby to slow down, because once they grow up, you can't pick them up no more and give them sweet baby kisses. I gotta ask my 11 year old for a hug 😭😭

Tried all the swaddling ways, baby (w a clean diaper, also full) kept crying, at times a horrific wail as if he was being physically harmed stuff. The Advice Nurse said It was likely a "colicky" issue and reducing gas in the belly of the newborn is one of the main ways. Any tips to sooth a verbally unhinged baby likely suffering from colic?

I think you should reconsider swaddling, it is now widely accepted to be harmful to babies endangering their hips and overheating the baby along with restricting good free breathing. (See NHS)

The burrito wrap is horrible for a newborn, see the head tilted back with the open mouth? That is a sign of oxygen deprivation, the ATNR is what is used to regulate breathing. I don't know EVERYTHING, But the neck wrench move you did can cause brain damage!😲☹️👶
