根菜類の間引きはタイミングが重要ですからね。 引き抜くのが遅いぐらい成長してると、 引き抜く時に、残す方の細根も傷つくので、成長が一週間ほど止まってしまう。 間引きするタイミングと慎重な抜き方が大事。 小さい頃ほど間引きするのは良いけど、小さ過ぎると、虫に食べられたり雨に流されたりして、欠株の可能性もそれだけ高まる
