I would love your advice. I am a para but am having issues with a fellow para bc it's her way or no way. And i have brought this to my teacher and nothing has been done . It's been going on for 6 months . I do not have any experience in this field but am a parent to a autistic child. And have a medical background.

How does your favoritism towards one Para affect your working relationship with the other Paras?

I said, "one of my favorites" because they're all my favorites! 😄 I have a great working relationship with all the paras in my classroom. Not everyone wanted to be on camera and I respect that 😊
