All I cared about was just take care of my new family. 25 years later, I stumbled on Mr. Yikosaki again through You Tube and boy oh boy! I realized how much time I wasted to just ignore it. Now, at the age of 50, divorced with grown-up kids, want to start the real estate business. I've been listening on your videos and radio as much as I can. Right now, I'm in a process of pre- approval from the bank. But please I still need your HELP! Thank you so much. Btw, I'm reading your pre- read Fake book on internet too.
