I was really rooting for Triple Star to win because I was really in love with his knife skills, his calm demeanor under pressure, and his organization and leadership skills! I never knew how people cut such thin shredded green onion at home, so I am excited to practice this next time I make Korean food :) Maybe I will even try the extra thin fine dining style!
