Tips on milling HARD MAPLE

The wuben lights are great but the early darkness sucks. I started using rv antifreeze last year. It seems to work better on pine pitch than the washer fluid.

Good frigid work guys. How does the red stuff from TSC work? I noticed the other day that it's was cheaper than the blue. This early darkness sucks, I was in the woods and thinking it was getting too dark for cutting, looked at my phone and it was only a little after 4...perhaps if I had Wuben lights I could have worked longer 😁

I answered your comment yesterday, now it's gone. I switched over to rv antifreeze last year and it seems to do better with pitch. It's supposed to be 100% environmentally safe to the point of if you ingest some it's not supposed to hurt you. 🤷 TSC was 2 for $5
