I loved your videos and explanation.....i have a question.....does it really matter in power generation if my elbow is extended back properly but the angle of forearm and biceps are less than 90 degree ( not like victor axelson but like loh ken yew ) i hope you got it ....if i person smash with folded elbow does this also count as full swing or big swing or short swing ??!

뒤로갈때 악력을 쓰라는 말은 쉽게 동의하기 어렵네요 악력을 쓰는 순간 손목은 경직됩니다.

최고의 스매쉬는 속목이 덜렁거리는 느낌( 채찍같이) 아닐까요? 손목을 인위적으로 꺽거나 돌리는것이 아닌
