One day it just clicks. You realize what's important and what isn't. You learn to care less about what other people think of you and more about what you think of yourself. You realize how far you've come and you remember when you thought things were such a mess that you would never recover. And you smile because you are truly proud of yourself and the person you've fought to become.

I really appreciate how well you explain yourself and convey your essence through the camera. I did not realize how deeply I had suppressed my younger self until you mentioned writing to your younger you. I need to acknowledge that younger girl in me and give her praise for making it this far in life. Thank you for this.

I am so grateful for energies such as yours, Nia. My life has been on hold because of my past traumas.I always held onto them and accepted them as defining moments. Because of this, I continuously hurt myself and the people around me. I am proud to say that from this day... I have quit my job in a very toxic environment. Im learning to say No and I am learning how to be alone. Thank you.

hi Nia ♡ thank you so much for sharing your heart and mind with us. This was perfect timing. I'm about 30 years older than you (I was stuck for so long and growing but at what feels like a snails pace)... I have to tell you that your journey and who you have become as a person and woman (wiser than many 10-20 yrs older) has blessed me so much and enlightened me and encouraged me. Thank you. ♡ It doesn't matter our age difference. I love you, my little sister and I'm so very proud of all of the growth that you have experienced in your life in the last 4 years that I have been following your story. Thank you for the pointers and the tips and I am going to practice a little more of this self love. 👑 Thank you thank you thank you💖👑💕💋

A few weeks ago I was wondering if there were someone else in this world who had a heartbreak by not even being in a relationship. I thought I was Maybe too sensitive. Because how can you have a heartbreak if you havent even be with someone. Thank God you said this. I can see this in myself. For example now I work somewhere where there is one person, an assistant that doesn't like me, she keeps trying to show me like I am worthless. Every time I am almost close to her she throw her long ponytail to show that she has something to be proud of. While in general I consider myself to have a lot of plusses in comparation to her. She is white and I am black. But I have a nice body, a nice face, not long hair but jet black natural hair. But not curly or smooth. I work hard and I am one of the best workers. Have a positive mind etc etc. But I came to the conclusion, since I don't find her to be big deal either. That is you don't have haters you aint poppin. I try to keep my mobile off on days I am free, cause she will Always have something to say and it is negativity. From people who stole in the store to searching to faults made. As soon as I am happy or remark something nice or even someone else remark something positive, she comes in with negativity. It can get verry tiring. But what would you do in this case. Would you also keep your Phone off. I mean I have family and other people who would like to message me or something else. While should I be setting my Phone offline for this woman?

This is by far my favourite Video by you ❤️ I especially like the ending where you gave a detailed description of what self love is actually about; “learning to say no, have boundaries, understanding when you need to let go, etc” and I feel like everyone needs to hear that.. This spoke to me 🥰🌹 thank you for sharing 🧘🏽♀️

very very awesome tips Nia! Im trying not to journal so much this year, "write less - do more" is what I told myself, but its not proving to be beneficial so i might just go back to being super reflective in my journal like you said. Much love xoxox
