Stretching is the main thing, stretch everyday and be careful not to hurt yourself. There’s a lot of stretch tutorials on KZbin, just look up “how to get (kick you’re trying to practice) higher” and quite a few results will pop up. But also, every body has a limit and is different, don’t beat yourself up if you can’t kick at someone’s head or higher, especially right off the bat. Good luck !

bruh. you don't 'use trapping' trapping occurs when the interception is rolled off, followed immediately with the next weapon. Every move is a strike in real wing chun. Bruce knew this. your chain punch looks pretty good but your lower spine says you need more tai gung. 22 years an instructor in CST Wing Chun outta GM Jim Fung's, peaceloveandkungfu, Sihing.

In fairness, Asimov only got the upper hand when he got the jump on Spike. Spike embarrassed him pretty easy in the actual fight (with Asimov on red eye, nonetheless).
